Retail & Preferred Customers who purchase products directly from NuVerus are entitled to a 90% refund (within 90 days of purchase) on returned unopened and re-sellable NuVerus Products. Refunds must be requested in writing to the NuVerus Office, by confirmed US Mail, by confirmed fax, or by confirmed email.

NOTE: Every NuVerus Associate must honor this guarantee if they make a hand to hand sale to a customer. Every NuVerus Associate must also explain the Refund Policy to their Customers.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?

If choosing Free or Basic Shipping, customers on the West Coast generally receive their orders within 3-5 business days after shipping, while the East Coast can take up to 1-3 business days after shipping. All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, pending there are no backorders or holiday delays. If you choose express shipping, remember, the estimated time it takes to get to you starts after the product is shipped. So if you ordered 2 day shipping on Monday, it doesn't mean you'll get it on Wed. It means you'll get it 2 business days after it ships.

Next Day Air - 1 business day. Orders ship the same day if the order is placed before 10AM EST, otherwise the order ships the next business day, Saturday delivery not included.
